Better visibility of comparions exception outputs

I deal with a massive amount of files in a single tree of sub-folders.

When I compare them, I like to see the files that has exception in the comparisons output highlighted ( ie which file has a difference )

1) How can I filter out those files that has matched, only show those has not?
2) or as a poor alternative, colour code those files which has differences?

Is there a way I can set up a filter for this for the output.

Thanks for any advise given, much appreciated.

Thank you.

BTW, is there a way to copy the content of the result table out to a editor etc. for later analysis.

Thanks.

Did you have any luck with this? I have a masive collection of files also. All on one drive.
Example of folders on tree)
\House\Car\boat\school\city
\Drum\Car\boat

Directories: \Car\boat\ would be a match for me. At this point I would need a comparison of the directories or a visual comparison,

Also if I could filter the system by the number of directories for a good hit. The above example would be 2 directories. The filter would be 2 contiguous folders, not necessarily by name.
