How to compare all files from a folder comparison?

I am very happy with WinMerge, however I am unable to find a way to perform a compare on all files after doing a folder compare. I have 2 directories source code I'm working on and source code checked into the source control system. I want to merge my changes in - I run a folder compare and it tells me 20 of the 1000 files have changed. Now I want to compare each of those 20 files and merge in the changes. I select all the files, right click and compare is greyed out - do I have to manually double click each file to perform the file comparison?

Additionally I am working with 2 versions of a file - one has been upgraded to use a new version of a library with different function names - additionally we refactored some of the return codes - is there a way (or a future feature) that will allow me to perform keyword replacement - if file A has keyword RETCODE it will be considered identical to int? This would be extremely useful.

Thanks in advance,
