Dumping Frhed (aka hex compare)

Why did you dump hex compare with Frhed? I mean it's amazing to have such feature and you've dumped it in 2.11.2, and still there's heksedit.dll library in latest versions.

Now I have to use old version. Why are you making it so complicated? You could have just make an option in Winmerge settings, which would hide/show the HEX menu entry in Compare Special.

At least, I hope that you plan to add some hex compare feature in WinMerge 3.

In latest versions WinMerge finds the installed Frhed from the system and uses it. So we don't ship Frhed with WinMerge but you can install Frhed and WinMerge uses it.

WinMerge 3 is a big unknown...
