Three-way folder comparison: more file comparisons needed

In a three-way folder comparison:
  • If only one of the three folders has a file missing, the other two files should be compared;
  • If all three are present, there should be three comparisons: 1-2, 2-3 and 1-3, with all details somehow spelled out.
Currently (, if one is missing, the other two are not compared: only double-clicking each file-entry one by one opens the two existing files to compare them.

To be more clear, suppose I have the following:
  • Three folders, C:\ONE, C:\TWO and C:\THREE;
  • In all three folders a file named ALL.TXT;
  • In C:\ONE and C:\TWO a file named NOT_RIGHT.TXT;
  • In only C:\THREE a file named RIGHT_ONLY.TXT;
If I do a three-way folder comparison, C:\ONE as the left, C:\TWO as the middle, and C:\THREE as the right:
  • RIGHT_ONLY.TXT should be marked Right Only in the Short Result column;
  • C:\ONE\NOT_RIGHT.TXT and C:\TWO\NOT_RIGHT.TXT should be compared:
    • Differences (and Ignored Differences) should reflect the comparison results;
    • Short Result and/or Comparison Result should somehow indicate both Missing from Right and either Identical or Different, depending on whether that's true;
  • C:\ONE\ALL.TXT, C:\TWO\ALL.TXT and C:\THREE\ALL.TXT should be compared, 1-2, 2-3 and 1-3, with all details somehow spelled out.
